The treatment process generates little influence on solubility, tincture, flavor and nutrient content of products, due to shortperiod of heating materials, rapid evaporation and low heat exchange temperature inside the column. So, it is used in drying such thermosensitive materials as thich milk, soybean milk, egg fluid, blood meal, medicament and food additives particularly. Now it has been widely used in food, medical and chemical industries.

Two-stage system of power capture by three cyclone separators makes up the bottleneck of low cyclone capture rate and frequent fluctuation of negative pressure inside bag capture column, and to eliminate complex operation and reair and difficult separation of fine powder.

The arrangement of multiple sprayers makes micro-powder removed from the column and the fluidized bed recovered and sent between sprayers.
