peeling---peeling makes residuals of soil baduced greatly ,prevents the pollution of soybean milk,and removes inclusions.In addition,bitter flavor and astringent taste are reduced,and the flavor is improved.Soybeans as materials are peeled under dry conditions (with moisturent of 10--12%).In the process,soybeans are broken into 2-4 halves,and peeling rate isn't less than 85%.In this way,adhesion rate is reduced as possible and the availble and the availability of soybeans of soybeans can be improved.

Deactivating Enzyme---In high pressure and temperature by dry steam,plus the thin alkaline sxdizing enzymw for fat is dwactvated in a short time,to prevent the generation of fishy smell,bitter flavor and astringent taste due to oxidization of fatty substance in soybeans,and to keep solubility of protein as possible.To increase separation quantity of protein and other solids,rough soybean milk is micronized again by protein digester,tomake recovery rate of solids reach 60%.

Sterilizaation and Deodorization---To kill ordinary bacteria and heat-resistant bacteria in soybean soybwan milk,to deactivate anti-nutrition substance in the milk,and to remove volatile odor,direct heating method by steam is used.During the process,soybean milk is directly injected into high pressure steam,or steam(135-140°C/4s)is into soybean milk.After that,soybean milk is directly pumped into vacuum cooling chamber for flash evaporation and deodorization,during which the temperature is reduced to 70-80°C.

Drainage---Semi-wet method is adopted.Dried soybeans are used to produce soybean milk.During operation cooling water and cleaning water,there is no other drainage,In this way, the drainage for cleaning and soaling is saved.

Capacity---500-6000L/h

Without soaking process,the plant can operate continuously with stable quality.the plant cannot pollute environment,and can spare water and power.

It can produce stink-free products,and it can priduce all types of soymilk products with fruity flavor if customers require.

High temperature and pressure are used to deactivate enzyme.Injected high temperature steature steam is used to sterilize Vacuum flash evaporation is applied in deodorization.

According to uswrsrequirement,thw devices for removing impuritay and ferrous substance and for brying can be configured.
