Detailed Product Description
The equipment is used to carry out coagulation of buttermilk, cutting of buttermilk, cutting of coagulum, and drainage of milk serum during producing cheese. Major Technical Parameters;The equipment consists of vat body, cellular jacket and agitating cutter. In the jacket, inlet and outlet of ice water are set. In the bottom of the vat body, outlets of condensate water of milk serum and cleaning water are designed. During heating or cooling, milk serum is discharged by using agitating cutter, while coagulum is manually place in operating table of cheese vat for pressure filtration.
