 2.Type fermenter's interlayer applies thermally insulated structure and insulating layer with thickened foaming polyurethane. At the ambient temperature of 20-40 and the material temperature of 40-45 , the device can preserve heat for 7 hours, with temperature difference being less than 1.

3.This heat preservation result meets the requirement for fermentation of disposable import/export bacteria. In Type fermenter, cellular jacket structure is selected to heat or cool, which provides high efficiency, safety and sanitation in heat exchange. To achieve optimal agitating and mixing effect at different stages, and to meet requirements for materials mixing, fermenting and cooling of fermented milk and the beverage thereof, stepless and rate-adjusted agitation unit may be selected, depending on the features of clients' product.

 4.The fermenter with standard configuration consists of convenient and reliable sight glass, special illumination system and bimetal thermometer. Or alternatively, sterile sampling valve, various liquid meter/thermometer/ sensors and sterile breather can be configured. Large, medium, and small-fermentation systems are available in various sizes and grades. To realize automatic control, PLC control can be configured.
