The UHT sterilizer with three layer of annular &coil tubes has compact structures,with small occupation space,ability for continuous production,extremely short heat duration,and no damage of original taste and nutrition components of raw materials.

    The adoption of coil pipes allows,the free expansion & contraction when under heating status,which prolongs the working life of device,and decreases the cost for maintenance.

   The eddy current effect,which results from two cold & hot exchange as the inner special structure of coil pipes,brings the device with high heat effciency,and heat recovery rate of up to 86%.

    Special CIP procedures ensure that all parts of this device are always under sterility monitoring status.

    After homogenization for two times this device will be connected in series with the high-pressure homogenizer for wide application,which can be used forsterilization of materials with high viscosity in such industriea as foodstuff sector,chemical industry and medical sector.
